TB-500 is a synthetic peptide fragment corresponding to the active region of Thymosin Beta-4 (Tβ4), a ubiquitous 43-amino acid protein found in virtually all nucleated mammalian cells. TB-500 is widely used as a research tool in preclinical biology for the study of actin dynamics, cytoskeletal organisation, and cell migration.
TB-500 binds to G-actin monomers via its LKKTETQ actin-binding domain, regulating actin polymerisation and cytoskeletal dynamics. It has been studied in preclinical models for its roles in angiogenesis and cytokine modulation.
TB-500 is frequently co-investigated with BPC-157 for synergistic research. The combination is also available as the pre-formulated BPC-157 + TB-500 (Wolverine Stack). For broader research panels, TB-500 is also studied alongside GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide) — all three are available together in the GLOW Blend.
This peptide is supplied as a lyophilised powder and requires reconstitution with Bacteriostatic Water prior to use.
