BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a protective protein found in human gastric juice. It has been extensively investigated in preclinical research for its cytoprotective properties across multiple tissue types, including musculoskeletal, gastrointestinal, and neural tissues. BPC-157 is a stable, water-soluble peptide studied for a broad range of biological activities in in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
BPC-157 has been studied in preclinical models for its effects on growth hormone receptor expression, modulation of the nitric oxide (NO) system, and angiogenesis via VEGF signalling. It has also been investigated for its effects on tendon fibroblast outgrowth, collagen synthesis, and gastrointestinal mucosal biology via prostaglandin modulation.
BPC-157 is frequently co-investigated with TB-500 in preclinical research. The combination is also available as the pre-formulated BPC-157 + TB-500 (Wolverine Stack). For broader research panels, BPC-157 is also studied alongside GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide) — all three are available together in the GLOW Blend.
This peptide is supplied as a lyophilised powder and requires reconstitution with Bacteriostatic Water prior to use.
