Dispatch Window
All orders are dispatched within 7–12 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Delivery (United Kingdom)
Once dispatched, UK orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days via tracked courier. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
International Delivery
We ship to selected countries across the EU and worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and are typically 5–15 business days once dispatched. Customs clearance may add additional time. Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Free Shipping Thresholds
- United Kingdom: Free shipping on orders over £40
- European Union: Free shipping on orders over €100
- Worldwide: Free shipping on orders over $150
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email where available.
Delays
Vanta Labs is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched, and no refund or replacement will be issued for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
