Shipping policy
Same Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and UK public holidays, will be dispatched the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
UK Delivery Options
- Standard Delivery (3–5 Business Days) — Free on all UK orders
- Next Day Delivery — £3.99 on orders under £40
- Next Day Delivery — Free on orders over £40
Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays outside our control.
International Delivery
We ship to selected countries across the EU and worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and are typically 5–15 business days once dispatched. Customs clearance may add additional time.
- Free EU shipping on orders over €100
- Free worldwide shipping on orders over $150
Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email. Please allow a few hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.
Delays
Vanta Labs is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched, and no refund or replacement will be issued for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
