RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of the products sold by VantaLabs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except as set out below.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vantalabsuk@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage or fault
- Photographic evidence of the item and packaging
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. We reserve the right to request the return of the damaged item before processing any replacement or refund.
Incorrect Delivery Address Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Vanta Labs cannot be held liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. No refund or replacement will be issued in such cases.
