CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin is a research-grade peptide blend combining two complementary growth hormone secretagogues for preclinical investigation of the GH/IGF-1 axis. CJC-1295 (No DAC) is a GHRH analogue that stimulates pituitary somatotrophs, while Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist that promotes GH release through a distinct, independent pathway. Together, they are studied for their synergistic effects on pulsatile GH secretion in experimental models.
CJC-1295 (No DAC) activates the GHRH receptor on pituitary somatotrophs, stimulating GH synthesis and release. Ipamorelin acts on the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) to amplify GH secretion through a separate intracellular signalling cascade involving phospholipase C and protein kinase C. The combination produces additive or synergistic GH release by engaging both receptor pathways simultaneously, while Ipamorelin's high selectivity minimises off-target effects on cortisol and prolactin secretion observed with earlier GHRPs.
