KLOW Peptide Blend

KLOW is a research-grade multi-peptide blend formulated for laboratory investigation of synergistic tissue repair, anti-inflammatory, and regenerative mechanisms. Each 80 mg vial contains a precisely combined matrix of four well-characterised research peptides: BPC-157 (10 mg), GHK-Cu (50 mg), TB-500 (10 mg), and KPV (10 mg). This combination is designed to provide complementary and potentially synergistic activity across wound healing, angiogenesis, extracellular matrix remodelling, and immune modulation pathways, making KLOW a useful tool for preclinical research into multi-target tissue repair and recovery biology.

Component Mechanisms

BPC-157 (10 mg) — A synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from human gastric juice protein BPC. Promotes angiogenesis via VEGFR2 and eNOS upregulation, accelerates tendon and ligament healing, modulates dopaminergic and serotonergic neurotransmission, and exerts gastroprotective effects via NO-dependent pathways.

GHK-Cu (50 mg) — A naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide (Gly-His-Lys) with broad tissue remodelling activity. Stimulates collagen, elastin, and glycosaminoglycan synthesis in fibroblasts, activates matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) for ECM remodelling, promotes wound contraction, and modulates gene expression via epigenetic mechanisms including HDAC inhibition.

TB-500 (10 mg) — A synthetic analogue of the actin-sequestering peptide Thymosin β4. Promotes cell migration and angiogenesis by upregulating actin polymerisation and activating the ILK/PINCH/parvin complex, accelerates wound healing and muscle repair, and reduces inflammation via NF-κB pathway modulation.

KPV (10 mg) — The C-terminal tripeptide of α-MSH (Lys-Pro-Val). Inhibits NF-κB activation and NLRP3 inflammasome activity, suppresses pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α), and exerts direct antimicrobial activity, providing an anti-inflammatory counterbalance to the regenerative activity of the other components.
